Ovarian cancer is frequently diagnosed at an advanced stage, making preoperative contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) central to staging and surgical planning; yet the scarcity of annotated imaging data, compounded by privacy regulations, limits the development of generalizable computational models in this domain.
