Inside the Unfair Judge: A Mechanistic Interpretability Account of LLM-as-Judge Bias

Existing studies of LLM-as-judge scoring bias work predominantly at the input-output level: they perturb inputs, measure score deltas, and propose prompt-level mitigations.
