Reliable quality control (QC) of ultrasound images is essential for both real-time acquisition guidance and retrospective clinical audit, yet existing approaches rely heavily on per-plane annotations, or employ pseudo-labeling prone to systematic bias under spatial deformations inherent in clinical acquisition.
