Ofgem requires support from a supplier on the development of a Executive Data & AI Strategy Programme. This initiative is designed to engage and equip Ofgem with the strategic insight and organisational influence needed to lead confidently in a data and AI driven future by: * Champion data and AI as strategic enablers * Shape and lead high-impact initiatives * Build organisational confidence in AI adoption * Drive transformation with clarity, purpose, a Classification: Training software package.
