Specialist Social Care Assessment AI Tool - Direct Award via G-Cloud 14

Durham County Council require the use of a purpose made AI tool for social workers to be utilised within AHS & CYPS to automate documentation using natural language processing and machine learning. This specific tool will record audio, transcribe the audio and produce a specialist summary based on a template designed to support Durham County Council's requirements. The system will be user friendly and simple to use for Social Workers with Classification: Software package and information systems.
