The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust would like to look in to the opportunity to partner with a supplier and explore opportunities to co-develop a solution to automate clinical coding, using Countess of Chester hospital clinical documentation available. The outputs required are OPCS procedure and ICD diagnosis codes at a Finished Consultant Episode (FCE) level for completed discharges.
